Arrival by plane/train

Most affordable route: Take the Airport Express Train to Oslo Central Station or the Airport Bus to Oslo Bus Terminal. Go to the metro station at Jernbanetorget and take metro number 1 towards Frognerseteren. See Ruter for departure times. The journey takes about 35 min. Get off at the Voksenkollen station. This is the second to last stop on the line. From Voksenkollen metro station, it is just 700 meters to the hotel. Follow the white sign marked “Voksenåsen kultur- og konferansehotell”.

Fastest route: Take the Airport Express Train to Skøyen, and then a taxi from Skøyen station to Ullveien 4. The trip is just under 9 kilometers and takes about 20 minutes, depending on the traffic.

Arrival by car/taxi

Follow the signs to Majorstuen/Smestad. At Smestadkrysset, drive towards Holmenkollen. Follow Holmenkollveien past the ski jumping facility, and then follow the signs for Voksenåsen/Voksenkollen. When you have the Voksenkollen metro station on your right hand side, turn left at the intersection with a large, white sign for “Voksenåsen kultur- og konferansehotell”.

N.B.! Do not drive Torleif Haug’s road. The road is too narrow and winding for many cars and is not plowed regularly during the winter.
