Skimore Oslo is a ski resort located in the area around Tryvannshøgda above Holmenkollen, just under 2 km from Voksenåsen.
A simple and fun way to enjoy the snowy weather and beautiful winter days in Oslo is to go sledding. There are plenty of sledding spots in both parks and the surrounding countryside, and the longest sledding hill is located not far from Voksenåsen, just a few subway stops away.
Just a short distance from Voksenåsen, you’ll find several ice rinks where you can glide across the ice on skates in the beautiful winter weather.
You don’t necessarily have to put on skis to get around easily in the winter landscape. Snowshoes are a great way to experience nature, allowing you to venture into the winter forest where usually only animals roam.
Fishing isn't just a summer activity. Fish continue to swim beneath the ice all winter long, making it the perfect time for ice fishing. It's affordable, easy, and, above all, fun.
In Voksenåsen, there are many attractions and activities right near the hotel. The hotel’s location in Oslomarka offers wonderful hiking opportunities in the forest, as well as fast-paced and fun outdoor activities. Try the nearby disc golf course, the zipline from the top of the Holmenkollen Tower, or test your balance at the High and Low climbing park.

Challenge yourself high up in the trees at Oslo Sommerpark in Tryvann. There are activities and challenges here for all ages and skill levels. The courses stretch between the trees, and along the way you’ll have to navigate suspension bridges, tunnels, ladders, rope courses, balance elements, and zip lines. The park consists of 12 different climbing courses ranging from 0.5 meters to 20 meters above the ground.
At Holmenkollen DiscGolfPark, you can play disc golf for free on an 18-hole course. Bring your own discs or buy them from us at the hotel.
What could be better than a fun social activity after a day of meetings and professional development? We offer exciting activities for groups, both indoors and outdoors. Solve mysteries, try your hand at biathlon, take part in a pentathlon, or experience a training session with a professional athlete.
Want to test your company’s accuracy? Then biathlon at Holmenkollen is just the thing! Get a taste of the challenges biathletes face at the shooting range and test your skills in various shooting competitions. No prior knowledge or shooting experience is required, and all instruction is provided on-site.
A short walk from Voksenåsen brings you to the city’s largest playground, Oslo Summer and Winter Park. In the winter, this is Eastern Norway’s largest alpine center, featuring 18 slopes, 11 lifts, and 2 snow parks. The ski bus departs 700 meters from Voksenåsen. During the summer months, the Høyt & Lavt climbing park is open, offering thrilling experiences for all ages and skill levels.

Anyone can take a jump at Holmenkollen! Kollensvevet is a zipline that takes you safely down from the top of the iconic ski jump tower at Holmenkollen, just as if you were jumping with skis on your feet! This spectacular zipline is 361 meters long and has a vertical drop of 107.5 meters. We offer excitement, fun, and the city’s best view.

We can organize a variety of fun team-building activities for you and your team, where you’ll have to solve challenges and answer questions in new and creative ways.
Challenge your team to a pentathlon! Compete against each other in events that require precision, teamwork, and a little luck. Some of the activities you can try your hand at include air rifle shooting, building a cube tower, a ski relay, super mikado, and darts from a prone position. We can also tailor the experience with various challenge stations between events, depending on your preferences.
How about trying a real workout with the pros? Gather your staff and join an inspiring and unique workout session. The session can be led by renowned cross-country skiing stars like Marit Bjørgen and Therese Johaug, or by some of the country’s best ski instructors. This is guaranteed to be a session you won’t soon forget, and we’ll tailor the session to your desired difficulty level and provide all the necessary equipment for the participants.
Grab an oar and enjoy a few hours on the water. Experience Oslo from the sea and see the city from a whole new perspective. A simple and fun activity suitable for most people. We also offer a paddleboarding certification course, where participants receive a paddleboarding certification upon completion of the session.
