FAQ:

  • How many people can we accommodate at a conference? Up to 180 participants in the main hall and 8 meeting rooms in total. The largest room, arranged in a theater-style layout, can accommodate 120 people.
  • Do we offer day packages and overnight packages? Yes. The day package includes a meeting room, lunch, and coffee/tea, starting at 890 NOK per person. The overnight package includes room and breakfast, and starts at 1,590 NOK per person. Dinner (3-course) starts at 695 NOK per person. Wine packages are available upon request.
  • How do participants get here? Take Metro Line 1 to Voksenåsen, then walk 7–10 minutes. There is on-site parking; it’s free for the first 2 hours, then 20 kr per hour, and 150 kr per 24 hours. It takes 40 minutes from Oslo Airport.
  • Can we organize team-building activities? Yes. Among other things, we offer biathlon at Holmenkollen, a zipline down the Holmenkollen slope, an escape room at the hotel, a pentathlon, and a bumblebee hike. We partner with an event agency that knows the hotel and the area well and offers a variety of activities for all skill levels and levels of ambition.
  • Are we suitable for international meetings? Yes. We have staff who speak Norwegian, Swedish, and English, and we have extensive experience with international events.
