2. What data do we collect?

We collect personal data in the following situations:

• Bookings and reservations: name, email, phone number, payment information (processed by the payment provider)
• Contact form: name, email, phone number, and message content
• Newsletter subscription: email address
• Events and courses: name, email address, and additional information related to registration
• Cookies and visitor data: via Google Analytics and similar tools (see the Cookies section)

3. Why do we collect data?

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Fulfill agreements (bookings, registrations, deliveries)
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer service
• Send newsletters to those who have given their consent
