1. Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings and reservations made through Voksenåsen’s website, booking system, or directly with the front desk are binding.

The following applies when booking accommodations:

• Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed
• Valid identification is required at check-in
• Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to additional charges)
• All prices include VAT

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on room type and offer:

• Flexible booking: Free cancellation until 6:00 PM the day before arrival
• Non-refundable booking: No refunds for cancellations
• Group bookings (10+ rooms): Separate terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing

In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), Voksenåsen may cancel bookings with a full refund. Guests may not claim compensation beyond a refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to post@voksenaasen.no or through the booking system.

3. Limitation of Liability

Voksenåsen is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings at the hotel (use the hotel safe)
• Damage caused by unforeseen events beyond our control
• Indirect losses or consequential damages
• Changes to outdoor activities due to weather or natural conditions

Voksenåsen is liable for damages resulting from gross negligence on our part, limited to the amount paid for the stay.

The information on this website is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to change prices, availability, and offers without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on voksenaasen.no—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of the Voksenåsen Foundation and is protected by Norwegian and international copyright law.

Copying, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
